Every year, the HOA Treasurer prepares the Annual Financial Report for all HOA members to view. This report will show a summary of the HOA funds being used. If any homeowner needs additional information regarding the categories within the Financial Report, they will need to request this by clicking here.
**ATTENTION ASHLAND PARK HOMEOWNERS**
As we enter the spring and summer season, we’d like to remind all homeowners that RVs, boat trailers, and similar equipment may not be stored in driveways for extended periods. If you're performing maintenance or preparing equipment for the season, a temporary allowance of up to 3 days is permitted. For anything longer than 3 days, please notify the HOA with the reason so we can address the situation accordingly.
