Ashland Park Homeowners Association

đź“„đź”’ Property Lien Payoff & Lien Release Process

Overview

If a lien has been placed on your property by the Ashland Park Homeowners Association due to unpaid assessments, dues, or related charges, the steps below explain how to satisfy the lien and obtain a lien release.

Attorney Fee & Preparation

Once all outstanding HOA balances have been paid in full, including any late fees, and Attorney expenses, the Association will request a lien release from its attorney.

The lien release will not be issued until all balances and the attorney fee have been paid.

Filing Responsibility

After preparation, the lien release documents will be mailed to the homeowner. The homeowner is responsible for filing the lien release with the county.

A lien is not considered released until it has been officially recorded.
