
You can pay annual dues to the Ashland Park HOA via PayPal or by Personal Check.
To pay by check, make the check payable to “Ashland Park HOA” and mail it to P.O. Box 7053, Champaign, IL 61826. Write your address on your check if the property address is not already printed on it.
Please pay the amount due as shown on your annual dues notice. If you did not receive a notice, please contact us and we’ll send you a copy of your dues notice.

Annual Dues Notices are mailed out each August for the upcoming year and is payable upon receipt. The most recent dues notice was mailed to each property by August 15th, 2024. If you do not pay your 2025 dues by October 1st, 2024, you will owe $90.00 ($85.00 dues and a $5.00 late fee). For some delinquent payments, liens are in the process of being filed and your costs will include all legal and filing costs. Please pay immediately or contact the APHOA.
Delinquent Property Liens Process Date: February 2025 – Attorney fees will be included in liens.

The cost of covering the FEES associated with PayPal is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. Failure to pay full HOA Dues will cause the property to be delinquent. All delinquent properties are subject to collection of Dues by legal action at the discretion of the HOA Board.

If you think you owe for the previous years, please contact the Ashland Park HOA Board and we will provide you with an updated HOA dues statement. ANY PAYMENTS RECEIVED WHILE THE PROPERTY IS DELINQUENT WILL APPLY TO THE DELINQUENT AMOUNT PRIOR TO BEING USED FOR THE COMING FICIAL YEAR. Any property that is delinquent, The Board has authority to place a lien on the property for neglecting to uphold the homeowners contract with the HOA By-Laws and Covenants.
