A team of homeowners who coordinate with realtors for buyers and sellers, and prepare a welcome package for new homeowners including covenants, bylaws, and useful community information.
🎉 Event Planning Committee
Oversees events in Ashland Park, recruits volunteers, and manages locations and materials. Managed by the Welcoming Committee Leader. Formed for each event and dissolved afterward.
🏗️ Architectural Committee
Monitors, reviews, and approves outdoor project applications, and enforces guidelines. May inspect properties for compliance. Failure to get approval before starting can result in delays or a Cease & Desist order.
