• In an effort to keep our neighborhood property values at their highest, exterior construction work/changes (including without limitation – fencing, decks, storage sheds, mailboxes, color changes, etc.) must be approved in writing by the Ashland Park Subdivision Architectural Committee prior to commencement of work. Please review the Covenants and Restrictions for details. Fill out a “Request for Improvement Approval” form and mail or e-mail to APHOAArchitecture@ashlandparkhoa.org with a copy of your property plat.

Many 2025 HOA Dues were sent in by Oct 1st. We are still getting checks and PayPal payments daily. There are a lot of people who paid by PayPal and did not include the PayPal fee. Unfortunately, you were charged a late fee. Please reach out to the HOA Board to determine if your property is delinquent. Thank you everyone for paying their HOA Dues to keep the yearly HOA Dues from increasing for everyone!

New/Updated Property Lien Notices will be prepared for disbursement by Certified Mail on Nov 15th. Filed liens will include Filling/Attorney fees.
