The HOA Board has sent delinquent letters on February 24th, 2025 to 73 homeowners with outstanding HOA dues for over one year. These letters provide a 30-day window to bring your property’s balance into compliance with the HOA By-laws and Covenants. Please be aware that the deadline for payment is March 26th, 2025. If the outstanding balance is not resolved by this date, the matter will be referred to the HOA Attorney for the filing of the appropriate lien or an updated lien against the property. Please note that all attorney fees will be the responsibility of the homeowner and will be added to the outstanding property balance. We strongly encourage homeowners to remit payment or contact the HOA Board to discuss available payment options before the deadline to avoid further legal action.
