• In an effort to keep our neighborhood property values at their highest, exterior construction work/changes (including without limitation – fencing, decks, storage sheds, mailboxes, color changes, etc.) must be approved in writing by the Ashland Park Subdivision Architectural Committee prior to commencement of work. Please review the Covenants and Restrictions for details. Fill out a “Request for Improvement Approval” form and mail or e-mail to APHOAArchitecture@ashlandparkhoa.org with a copy of your property plat.

**ATTENTION ASHLAND PARK HOMEOWNERS**
As we enter the spring and summer season, we’d like to remind all homeowners that RVs, boat trailers, and similar equipment may not be stored in driveways for extended periods. If you're performing maintenance or preparing equipment for the season, a temporary allowance of up to 3 days is permitted. For anything longer than 3 days, please notify the HOA with the reason so we can address the situation accordingly.
