Welcome to the Annual Meeting Information Tab



Thank you for taking the time to access this tab and read the information presented to you by the HOA Board. We will be hosting our Annual Meeting on April 23, 2024. The meeting will start at 6:00pm. We will be presenting the Annual Meeting in-person at the Champaign Public Library and broadcasting it via ZOOM. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.

Mailers were sent on April 13th. They should arrive by the 15th or 16th of April.


Annual Meeting Rules – Champaign Public Library

1.) Everyone must sign an attendance sheet at the entrance of the room so we can calculate attendance for the meeting.

2.) Ashland Park HOA Annual Meeting is for Ashland Park homeowners only.

3.) All questions will be answered at the end of the meeting. We are allowing 20-30 minutes for Q/A. We will be going over all the questions asked by ZOOM attendees first before answering questions from the audience.

4.) Masks are not required in the Library or for the meeting. If you are feeling ill/sick, please DO NOT attend the meeting.

5.) Only one member of the household can vote during the Board of Director elections. Homeowners will raise their hand when they are voting for a “Yes” or “No” vote.

Annual Meeting Rules – ZOOM

1.) Zoom Meeting link will be available at 4pm on April 23rd.

2.) All attendees must have their name displayed as indicated. Homeowners Name – Street # and Street Name (Bob – 1111 Newton). Any neighbors’ name that is not in this format will be removed from the meeting. This is to verify attendance and homeowner records.

3.) Zoom will be broadcasted from the actual meeting at the Champaign Public Library – ZOOM will be VIEW ONLY.

4.) All attendees will be placed on mute while in the ZOOM session and are only able to listen during the presentation.

5.) ZOOM attendees can vote by clicking “Raise Hand” during the board member elections. Your vote will count during the meeting and announced after the votes have been counted.

6.) IMPORTANT: All questions from homeowners who will be attending via ZOOM needs to submit the question(s) at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting.

Homeowner Questions

All ZOOM questions needs to be submitted to the HOA Board at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. We will need time to prepare an answer for those questions so we can present your question during the meeting. Depending on the Q/A timing, not all questions asked might be covered during the meeting. All questions are welcomed. Thank you.
