Welcome and thank you for exploring the Ashland Park Homeowners Association website. This page is created to help you transition into your new neighborhood. We, the HOA BOARD, are here to answer any questions you may have.
Our Ashland Park community is a
homeowner association with the City of Champaign; it follows the Covenants and By-Laws set forth when the community was built in 2004. Volunteer board members are elected/re-elected each year to protect and enforce the Covenants and By-Laws within the community while adhering to the City of Champaign ordinances.
Anytime someone moves into a new home, they want to put a little bit of their own creativity into their home. While the Ashland Park home you’ve moved into is your own property and the interior can be changed to your desire, any exterior renovation needs the approval of the Architectural Committee. By simply asking before you obtain quotes, you can avoid a headache in the future. The Architectural Committee’s guidelines adhere to the Covenants and By-Laws, and are very reasonable and accepting. Approvals of requests are simplified if the project details are submitted before quotes are obtained. Click the link below for the Improvement Form and details.
