Delinquent Accounts
Payments received on a delinquent account will be applied to past-due balances before being applied to current-year dues. Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection action and lien procedures in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and applicable requirements.
Need a Lien Release Letter?
Submit a lien release request after the required property balance and applicable fees have been paid in full. Processing may take approximately 7–10 business days after payment is verified.
Lien & Collection Information
Current lien status: 11 paid in full and 13 active liens. Historical notices are retained below for homeowner reference.
Homeowners with outstanding balances are encouraged to contact the HOA regarding their account. Once a lien has been filed, all required amounts must be received and verified before a lien release can be processed. Lien release processing may take up to 10 business days.
August 29, 2026 — Lien Status Update
The Ashland Park HOA Board is pleased to report continued progress on the twenty-four (24) property liens originally recorded in December 2025 for unpaid HOA balances.
As of August 29, 2026, eleven (11) homeowners have paid their outstanding balances in full. As a result, those accounts have been brought into compliance and the applicable lien releases have been processed or are being finalized as appropriate.
Thirteen (13) active property liens remain unresolved. Homeowners with an active lien or outstanding HOA balance are encouraged to contact the Ashland Park HOA Board to request an updated account statement and take the necessary steps to bring their account into compliance.
Once all required amounts associated with an account have been received and verified, a lien release may be requested. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for lien release processing after the account has been confirmed as paid in full.
June 16, 2026 — Lien Status Update
The Ashland Park HOA Board is pleased to report that of the twenty-four (24) property liens recorded in December 2025 for unpaid HOA balances, six (6) homeowners had since brought their accounts into full compliance by paying their outstanding balances in full. As a result, the HOA attorney processed and recorded lien releases for these properties, and the liens were officially removed from their property deeds.
At that time, eighteen (18) active property liens remained unresolved. Homeowners with outstanding balances were encouraged to contact the HOA to discuss their accounts and avoid additional collection costs or future enforcement action.
The June 16 notice also advised that once a lien had been filed, the entire outstanding balance and any applicable costs had to be paid in full before a lien release could be issued. Lien release processing could take up to ten (10) business days after all required payments were received and verified.
December 8, 2025 — Lien Update
Delinquent Dues and Lien Action Letters were issued to forty-seven (47) homeowners with outstanding balances. Twenty-three (23) homeowners brought their accounts into compliance by the stated deadline. The remaining twenty-four (24) accounts were referred for lien filing.
Homeowners were reminded that payment of annual HOA dues between August 15 and October 1 avoids late-payment enforcement related to unpaid dues.
November 8, 2025 — Lien Notice Update
The HOA Board sent Delinquent Dues & Lien Action Letters to forty-seven (47) homeowners with outstanding HOA balances and provided a deadline to bring those accounts into compliance.
Accounts remaining unpaid after the stated deadline were referred for further collection and lien action.
