    Most exterior improvements require approval before construction begins, including sheds, fences, decks, patios, pools, landscaping projects, room additions, and major exterior renovations.

    Please provide drawings, plats, site plans, photos, colors, materials, and contractor information to help expedite the review process.

    ⏱ Review Process

    Requests are reviewed by volunteer committee members. Please allow adequate time for written approval before starting any work.

    Submission of this request DOES NOT constitute approval. No exterior project may begin until written approval has been received from the Architectural Committee.
