Every event listed is powered by the enthusiasm and care of your neighbors. These volunteers give their time because they believe in keeping Ashland Park vibrant and welcoming. With the support of the City of Champaign and local vendors, the Event Planning Committee is able to create opportunities for us to gather, celebrate, and build relationships.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend to hear updates, share input, and help shape the future of our neighborhood.
📦 Community-Wide Spring Garage Sale
Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Another chance to buy, sell, and connect. Don’t miss the early bird sales on Friday, June 5th!

A special thank you goes to Cathy Robinson for her leadership in organizing and coordinating these wonderful events, and to John Ruffins from the City of Champaign for his continued support and for providing the resources that helped make our gatherings possible.

🎉 Neighborhood Resource Fair & Street Party
Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025
Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Join your neighbors for an afternoon full of community resources, music, and fun! A great way to meet people, learn about local services, and enjoy the company of those who live nearby. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
🌿 Pond Clean-Up Day
Date: Saturday, September 6, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We’ll work together to keep our pond area clean and beautiful for everyone to enjoy. Gloves and trash bags will be provided — just bring your energy, friends, and neighbors! Let’s make a difference and keep our community looking its best!
📦 Community-Wide Fall Garage Sale
Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hunt for treasures and support your neighbors. Several homeowners will also host early bird sales on Friday, September 12th—perfect for early shoppers!
🎃 Halloween Trunk-or-Treat Street Party
Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Bring the kids, dress up, and decorate your trunk for a festive afternoon of candy, costumes, and community fun. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
🌿 Dry Basin & East Common Clean-Up Day
Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We’ll work together to keep our dry basin and east common areas clean and beautiful. Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Members of the HOA will provide hot coffee and doughnuts to keep everyone warm — Don’t forget to bring your hat and jacket! Let’s make a difference and keep our community looking its best before the end of the year!
