Please pay promptly to avoid additional fees.<\/p>\n\n  <p><b><font color=\"red\" size=\"3\">Lien Status Update &#8211; June 16, 2026<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The Ashland Park HOA Board is pleased to report that of the\n    <b>twenty-four (24) property liens<\/b> recorded in December 2025 for unpaid HOA balances,\n    <b>six (6) homeowners<\/b> have since brought their accounts into full compliance by paying\n    their outstanding balances in full. As a result, the HOA attorney has processed and recorded\n    lien releases for these properties, and the liens have been officially removed from their property deeds.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    There are currently <b>eighteen (18) active property liens<\/b> that remain unresolved.\n    Homeowners with outstanding balances are encouraged to contact the HOA immediately to discuss\n    payment options and avoid additional attorney fees, filing costs, and future collection actions.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Please remember that once a lien has been filed, the entire outstanding balance, including any\n    applicable attorney fees, recorder fees, and lien release costs, must be paid in full before a\n    lien release can be issued. Lien release processing may take up to ten (10) business days after\n    all required payments have been received and verified.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The Ashland Park HOA Board appreciates the homeowners who have taken the necessary steps to\n    resolve their delinquent accounts and encourages all remaining homeowners with outstanding\n    balances to do the same as soon as possible.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p style=\"margin-top:8px;color:var(--muted)\">\n    Updated: June 16, 2026\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p><b><font color=\"red\" size=\"3\">Lien Update &#8211; December 8, 2025<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The Ashland Park HOA Board issued Delinquent Dues and Lien Action Letters to\n    <b>forty-seven (47) homeowners<\/b> with outstanding HOA balances. By the stated deadline,\n    <b>twenty-three (23) homeowners<\/b> brought their accounts into compliance with the HOA By-Laws and Covenants.\n    The remaining <b>twenty-four (24) homeowners<\/b> failed to cure their delinquency and were referred\n    to the HOA&#8217;s attorney. Liens have been recorded against the property deeds of those homeowners.\n    Filed lien confirmation will be mailed by the HOA attorney the week of December 15th.\n    Once a lien has been placed, the full balance must be paid in full before a lien release can be issued.\n    Lien release processing may take up to ten (10) business days.\n    <u>All attorney fees, recorder fees, and lien release costs are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.<\/u>\n    Homeowners are reminded that paying HOA dues in full and on time between August 15 and October 1 prevents\n    any enforcement action related to unpaid dues.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p><b><font color=\"red\" size=\"3\">Lien Notice Update &#8211; November 8, 2025<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    The Ashland Park HOA Board sent Delinquent Dues &amp; Lien Action Letters to\n    <b>forty-seven (47) homeowners<\/b> with outstanding HOA balances.
