Once a lien has been placed, the full balance must be paid in full before a lien release can be issued. Lien release processing may take up to ten (10) business days. <u>All attorney fees, recorder fees, and lien release costs are the sole responsibility of the homeowner.<\/u> Homeowners are reminded that paying HOA dues in full and on time between August 15 and October 1 prevents any enforcement action related to unpaid dues.\n <p><b><font color=\"red\" Size=\"3\">Lien Notice Update – November 8, 2025<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n <p>The Ashland Park HOA Board have sent Delinquent Dues & Lien Action Letters to 47 homeowners with outstanding HOA balances. Homeowners have until the listed deadline on the letter to bring their accounts into full compliance with the HOA. After this period, any unpaid balances will be referred to our attorney for lien updates or new lien filings. Please note that attorney and filing fees will be the responsibility of the homeowner, adding additional costs to the balance due. Homeowners have until the listed deadline on the letter to bring their accounts into full compliance with the HOA. After this period, any unpaid balances will be referred to our attorney for lien updates or new lien filings. Please note that attorney and filing fees will be the responsibility of the homeowner, adding additional costs to the balance due. Several of these homeowners have already been given multiple opportunities to resolve their balances but have not yet taken action. The Property Lien List will be submitted to the HOA attorney on November 25th, 2025. All payments must be received and posted to the property account by the end of the day on November 24th. Please note: Mailing a payment on November 24th will not remove your name from the lien list, as payments must be posted by that date. No exceptions will be made.
