property by the\n        <strong>Ashland Park Homeowners Association<\/strong> due to unpaid\n        assessments, dues, or related charges, the steps below explain how to\n        satisfy the lien and obtain a lien release.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <h4>Attorney Fee &#038; Preparation<\/h4>\n      <p>\n        Once all outstanding HOA balances have been paid in full, including any\n        late fees, and Attorney expenses, the\n        Association will request a lien release from its attorney.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p class=\"important\">\n        The lien release will not be issued until all balances and the attorney\n        fee have been paid.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <h4>Filing Responsibility<\/h4>\n      <p>\n        After preparation, the lien release documents will be mailed to the\n        homeowner. <strong>The homeowner is responsible<\/strong> for filing the\n        lien release with the county.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p class=\"important\">\n        A lien is not
